This home has been carefully designed and themed out to provide a unique experience. Lines, towels, beach towels, cooler provided. Plenty of free street parking.
The space
This place is made to give you a luxurious long stay while making you feel right at home. The patio is equipped with a hot tub with Jacuzzi Jets. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds have been chosen with your comfort in mind. And don’t forget about the high speed internet, smart TV, mini split with A/C, premium linens , and premium towels provided. This place has it all! Just a short drive from some of the most popular San Diego attractions, best restaurants, and nationally recognized beaches.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked. This includes cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, pots , pans, toaster, blender, microwave, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, filtered water system, coffee maker, and complementary coffee.
Living Room
Equipped with a couch, two lounge chairs and a 75” smart flat screen TV with streaming capabilities. The space is uniquely designed with comfort in mind to provide a relaxing place to unwind.
Bathroom
One full bathroom with a tub and shower with a rainfall shower head. The half bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Bedroom
Each Bedroom is furnished with a queen sized premium foam hybrid bed from Nest Beds, a fan, a laundry basket, and blackout curtains. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests based on double capacity in each bed. There are a variety of different pillows to choose from to ensure you find the right one.

1. Rental Agreement & Guest Screening
Reservations are confirmed only after successful completion of the required verification steps.
For stays under 30 days:
A photo of a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport) is required for all guests age 18 and over.
For stays of 31 days or longer the following may be required:
• A photo of a valid government-issued ID for all guests age 18+
• Background, eviction, and soft credit check for all guests age 18+
• A signed rental agreement outlining the terms of your stay — due within 5 days of booking (or prior to check-in if booked within 5 days of arrival)
• A refundable $800 security deposit, typically returned within 72 hours of checkout, pending inspection for damages beyond normal wear and tear.

Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed until 24 hours before arrival or departure.
3. Noise, Parties & Events
Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
Violations may result in removal from the property and forfeiture of all payments.
4. Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind — including e-cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana — is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Violations will result in an $800+ cleaning fee per incident and may lead to removal from the property.
5. Liability
Guests accept full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. By completing this reservation, all guests acknowledge and assume any and all risks associated with their stay.
6. Firearms
Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property.
7. Occupancy
Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property. Any additional visitors must be approved by the host in advance.
