By booking this studio, all guests are required to agree to the following rules below: 1. Rental Agreement & Guest Screening: To secure your reservation, we'll need all guests over the age of 18 to sign a rental agreement that outlines the details of your stay. For everyone's safety, we also verify the identity of all guests over the age of 18 by requiring a valid government-issued ID (driver's license or passport), a quick selfie to be uploaded, credit check, and background check. This application process may incur an application fee. Please note that reservations are confirmed only after successful completion. Rental agreement must be signed and guest verification must be provided at least 30 days prior to the reservation start date. If the reservation is booked less than 30 days prior a rental agreement must be signed and guest verification must be provided within 48 hours of booking. If there are any issues, we'll be sure to let you know right away. 2. Check in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is anytime before 11 am. You are welcome to request an early check in or late checkout. We are unable to confirm availability until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure. 3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9PM-9AM. Violations may result in removal from the property. 4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Those found in violation will incur an additional cleaning fee of at least $250.00 per incident and may result in removal from the property. 5. Guests are fully responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Acceptance of this reservation means that it is agreed that all guests are assuming any and all risk of any harm that may come from their use of the premise. 6.
